Fire marshal training London April 15th 2021. This is a three hour IFSM accredited course and also includes live fire training.

So what will attendees learn? Firstly, fire law, causes of fire and some case histories……

…… Secondly, classes of fire, fire extinguishers followed by a live fire training exercise. After a short break, fire emergency plans, hazard spotting and also fire drills. Lastly, evacuation and accounting methods, disabled plans and also general evacuation guidance. At the end of the course each attendee will be sent a training certificate and also online notes on request.

The course is based on info found in Government guidance for fire safety in workplaces. It also follows British Standards, published info from London Fire brigade and also other published fire service materials.

The venue for this course is London Scottish House. The event will take place in one of the training rooms and also car park. London Scottish House is a short walk from either Victoria or St James’s tube stations.

There will be light refreshments available at the start of the course and also during the short break.

After the course, attendees can find a number of lunch venues a very short distance from LSH.

Trainers

All of the trainers have a fire service background. Trainers on the course have worked in fire training, fire safety and also emergency planning. In addition, each has worked as an operational fire officer.
