Fire marshal course January 28th 2021. This programme has a few spaces left, so booking now is recommended.

This IFSM course includes live fire training so persons on the course can fight small fires.

The open course programme is now back. Courses are being delivered at London Scottish House, Horseferry Road. This is a short walk from St James’s Park tube station.

This three hour course includes emergency and non emergency duties of fire marshals. It is for both new and also existing fire marshals. Topics discussed include disabled evacuation plans, fire drills and also fire emergency plans.

COVID precautions

City Fire Training operate strict COVID procedures. Temperature we be taken on arrival. We also limit the numbers on the course to 18 persons only. This is to ensure social distancing. Persons on the course will be directed to seats on arrival, so that they do not pass to closely to other attendees.

During the practical session, we ask that person wear surgical gloves (supplied by us) under protective gloves. All extinguishers and protective glasses are sanitised after each use, Persons on the course should wear facemasks at all times.

Latest government developments

This fire marshal course January 28th date will only shut if there are changes in government policy for working during the pandemic. It will also include if any City Fire Training employee tests positive for the virus. Courses will then be cancelled until after all have quarantined and/or recovered.

Joining instructions are sent 7-10 days before the course date. Certificates are sent after the course and your remittance has been settled.
